A privately held and a family managed company, we initially manufactured engineering components for air conditioners and water coolers and did fabrication work for pharmaceutical companies. The Journey Of Our Legacy

1970

With just 9 employees, we commenced a small scale factory to fabricate aluminium sheet metal products for pharmaceutical, chemical and food processing industries also for domestic and industrial use.

1975

Seeing the potential in the international markets, we commenced export of stainless steel products to Middle East and Africa.

1982

We then purchased additional land and equipments to commence fabrication for air conditioners and water coolers components for multinational organizations.

1985

With the establishment of more manufacturing units, we started exports of stainless steel utensils to the Middle East.

1989

Started exports to USA and Europe and gradually expanded our reach to Australia and South East Asia.

1993

To meet the growing demand from the USA and European markets we set up a deeper draw facility within 15 kms from our head office.

1995

Set up a new corporate office and received recognition of export house from the government of India.

1997

Set up a new manufacturing unit 38 kms from our office exclusively to manufacture flat ware products

2000

Our manufacturing unit got approved and we obtained ANF approval from NSF (USA).

2004

We set up a central ware house and centralized the assembly, inspection and packing operations.

2006

We have doubled our fabrication capacity.

2008

We inaugurated a new modern showroom to display our 3,000+ product range. Also we expanded our admin office from its current space.

2010

Shifted and expanded our deep drawing manufacturing facility near our head office.

2012

Have acquired a land measuring 17,000 sq meters, just 38 kms from our head office to set up a large and modern ware house and manufacturing facility.

2014

To cater to our growing needs, we shifted our showroom and conference room to bigger space of 3000 sq. ft. in another building and expanded our existing admin office to accommodate more staff members.

2015

We shifted our flatware manufacturing unit and expanded it to 10,000 sq. ft. near our Head office

2017

Set up a new 55,000 sq. ft. facility 35 kms from our Head office.

2018

Moved our Manufacturing Facility from Kashimira to larger space of Vasai

2019

Achieved SEDEX 4 pillar compliance.

2020

Expanded our manufacturing facility near our headquarter (Andheri).

2022

Implemented SAP ERP system.
